Lovely environment but my lash extensions keep falling out. Got them done two days ago and so many have fallen off which is a shame. I followed instructions too and didn't have any water near my eyes for the 24 hours. Seems that the glue isn't strong enough:/

Such beautiful lashes, best customer service and such sweet staff members. They give you a warm pink blanket and tuck you in, it's soooo adorable and comfortable.

The staff do great work here and were able to book me in last minute.

The technician I had didn't speak much English which did make the interaction tricky explaining what I wanted which is quite key to getting lashes done. Otherwise would go again but maybe book someone else. However very friendly and relaxing.

Was a totally phenomenal experience so professional and I absolutely love how natural my eyelashes look . I would totally recommend these ladies to anyone.

Linnie (owner) has worked so incredibly hard every single day to keep her business and her customers well! These are the best lashes I've ever had. I've been going to her for over 1 year now and get top ups once a month at least. They are always perfect, she is the kindest lady and makes the experience so easy. I love going there and won't go anywhere else for my lashes.

Finally made it to an appointment after having to reschedule often due to covid. My 16yr old daughter sat with a trainee today to get a classic set of lashes $30-. The trainee was accommodating, friendly, polite. But most of all she was gentle and my daughter had no pain. (This part was important to me because I have taken her to another place, that poked her in the eyes so many times her eyes were bloodshot and sore.I paid $110) The trainee was overseen at the end by the boss lady, and she was happy with the work. I will come back here. And bring my daughter back. Also in the time that the trainee done my daughter. The boss lady finished 2 clients. So I imagine to book with the qualified staff will be efficient and everyone was walking out so cute with their lashes, x.

I recently came here to get eyelash extensions for the first time and I love them so much! I can't believe what a difference they make and how much they enhance your eyes. If you want compliments, confidence and pretty eyes, Linh is amazing.

Rosedale Lash and Brows are by far the best salon in Auckland. The staff are super friendly and the salon is so peaceful I fall asleep every time and wake up to a custom set of beautiful lashes that are so light you wouldn't know they were there, but I'm constantly reminded by the frequent compliments I reeieve wherever I go. The Brow artistry skills are truly amazing as well! Linh, you've given me back my confidence again with a beautiful set of Brow's that won't be left on my pillow when I wake up!

I have been there today, tried both lash extension and semi prem eye brow microblading. Great service and results. Affordable price compared to lots of other beauty salons.

Absolutely adore the new owner, her service is very meticulous and she has a sweet natured personality.

Linh has done another amazing job on my lashes and my eyebrows. Always feel so happy when she's finished. She has always treated me so warmly, which is especially nice as I'm probably one of her older clients. Not everywhere is like that.

Linh is an amazing lash artist. She takes care of your natural lashes while ensuring your happy with your new set.    The Russian 2D lash set it just perfect, if you ware wanting a soft glam on the eyes.

Linh and her team are amazing. The salon is so relaxing, I love the pink fluffy blankets you lie on and my lashes are always on point. Highly recommend whether you're looking for natural classic lashes or the high volume Russian look. I won't go anywhere else!

I've been here several times for brow treatments, and I'm always very pleased with the results. Hani is amazing at what she does. She checked every time to see if I'm happy with my results. I came in for a spa pedicure today, and I had a relaxing experience.

Hani and the other staff members are so lovely and welcoming. I especially love the convenience of having free, onsite parking. Also, I've found it quick and easy to make an appointment, including last-minute appointments the day prior. I would not hesitate to recommend this beauty clinic to others. 

For more than a year, I've been going to Rosedale Lash, and I can confidently say, I won't be switching anytime soon! Despite the bit of distance I have to travel, it is absolutely worth it. Linh and Hani are true masters at what they do. Each visit leaves me feeling that much more confident, thanks to their impeccable work. Im always scared to get my eyebrows done due to bad experiences but Linh is the best brow lady I have ever had. I went to here for the first time and got my lashes done with Hani. She did a great job then my lashes are 3 weeks old and they still loom great not any big gaps. Highly reccomend.
