CLASSIC Lash Extensions
Classic lash extensions are a type of eyelash extensions applied on a 1:1 ratio, which means one extension is attached to one natural lash. One extension is dipped into the adhesive and applied to one singular natural lash, keeping away from the skin. Unlike store bought clustered strip lashes, which are applied directly onto the skin of the eyelid.
Classic lash extensions are the most traditional and popular style because the results look very natural and are not heavy on the eye. Extensions do come in different materials; a range of length, thickness, and curl.
We like to discuss all the different options with all of our customers to ensure we find the right lash set specifically for you. The Classic set is perfect for those that already have lots of healthy lashes but want more length or curl to their lashes, or if it is your first time trying lash extensions.
Here we offer two different Classic sets, Nature Classic Set and Silk Classic set. The Nature Classic Set is only 40-60 lash extensions per eye. While the Silk Classic Set is a full set of extensions, around 80-100 lashes per eye.

2D-3D RUSSIAN VOLUME Lash Extensions
Volume lash extensions, also commonly known as Russian Volume lash extensions. The name 2D or 3D comes from the number of lash extensions in each fan. A fan is what we call a cluster of lash extensions, in this case two or three lash extensions in one fan. 2D is two individual lash extensions on one natural lash. Russian Volume lash extensions are applied on a 1:2,1:3 ratio instead of the 1:1 ratio of classic lashes, using fans instead of one individual fake lash. This type of lash set lets you achieve a more dramatic look, adding a bit of character to your lashes.
Russian Volume lash extensions are lighter and fluffier, different to Classic lash extensions because we use much finer silk lash fibers instead of thicker extensions. Volume fans offer you a fuller yet natural look by adding both length and volume.
Russian Volume lash extensions suit those that do not have many natural lashes, have bald spots or sparse lashes.
At our shop, not only do we offer a 2D and 3D Russian Volume set, we also have a Hybrid lash set which is a combination of Classic and Russian Volume lash extensions.

GLAM RUSSIAN VOLUME Lash Extensions
If you like the look of big fake strip lashes, prefer more volume, less natural, fuller and dramatic lashes this is definitely the choice for you. This lash set give our customers a bold, photoshoot ready type of look.
Here at Rosedale Lash and Brows we offer a Glam Russian Volume set and Mega Russian Volume set. For the Glam Russian Volume set we use 5D-7D individual fans. Much like 2D-3D lash extensions but with a 1:5 or 1:7 ratio, a fan of five to seven lash extensions glued to one of your natural lashes. With the Mega Russian Volume set we use a higher number of lash extensions in each fan, 7D-13D fans.

Lash Extension AFTER CARE and INFILLS
A numerous number of our loyal customers like to come in every few weeks to get infills.
To ensure your lash extensions stay looking fresh and perfect, once you have a full new set of extensions done, it is highly recommended that you schedule an INFILL appointment every 2-3 weeks. During infill appointments we fill in the gaps where your lash extensions have fallen out and take out any extensions that have grown out and replace with a new. It is normal for everyone to have a few lash extensions fall out daily, they should be as it is part of your natural lash cycle.
The other option is to simply have your old lash extensions removed and get a full new set of lashes.
Aftercare is crucial if you want your lash extensions to have good retention and longer lasting. We strongly recommend you keep your newly applied lash extensions dry for the first 24-48 hours after the end of your appointment, avoid applying makeup or oil products onto/near your lashes, do not rub or touch your lashes, sleep on your back, gently brush them daily, clean your lashes with a fluffy brush and our lash shampoo and do not remove them without a professional, or you risk damaging your natural lashes.
We hand our customers with lash extensions, complimentary brushes to maintain them everyday.
